Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human Activin RIIB/ACVR2B protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 14.75 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human Activin A protein with the C-His tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human Activin RIIB protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 21.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 27.92 pM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
