Purity: > 97% by RP-HPLC and SDS-|lyophilized from a concentrated (1 mg/ml) solution containing 20 mM sodium acetate buffer, pH 7.4. Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Batroxobin in sterile 18 M-cm H2O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
