Scientific Background
PP2 is a selective inhibitor of Src-family tyrosine kinases. PP2 has been shown to inhibit Lck, FynT, and phosphorylation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and potently inhibits Hck, Lck (p56) and Fyn (p59). PP2 displays > 10000-fold selectivity over ZAP-70 and JAK2.
